Products Description
Telescopic Linear Actuators are multi-stage linear transmission components specially designed for confined spaces. Driven purely by electricity to generate long-stroke linear push-pull motion without supporting hydraulic or pneumatic auxiliary systems, they output ultra-long linear displacement within a minimal mounting base and fit all automated equipment with strict space limitations. Their smooth and controllable operation makes them an optimal upgraded transmission solution for machinery with compact layouts.
Working Principle
Once powered on, the motor outputs torque converted by a reduction mechanism to drive the internal lead screw to rotate synchronously, which sequentially pushes each sleeve section outward for extension.
Continuous rotation of the lead screw drives the inner tubes to extend incrementally. Power cuts off immediately to halt operation, and reversing the power supply retracts all sleeve segments inward for full reset.
Built-in limit structures automatically cut off power output when the sleeves reach their maximum extension or retraction limits, preventing abnormal operation caused by overtravel.
These actuators convert electrical energy directly into linear push-pull force without oil or gas-assisted transmission, and achieve long-distance linear displacement through segmented extension and retraction of multi-layer sleeves.

The multi-stage nested structure drastically reduces mounting space occupation, delivering stroke lengths far superior to standard single-stage actuators within a short base installation length.
01
Versatile Compatibility
Compatible with horizontal, vertical, inclined and other mounting orientations to easily meet layout requirements of different equipment.
02
Minimal Maintenance
The unit has no complex exposed vulnerable components; frequent maintenance is unnecessary, lowering overall operation and maintenance costs during long-term service.
03
Smooth Power Output
Precision-calibrated multi-stage transmission connections deliver jitter-free full-stroke movement, maintaining smooth and stable motion even at low operating speeds.
04
Flexible Expandability
Optional functional modules can be installed on demand to adapt to special working conditions, with no modifications to the main unit required for performance upgrades.

A: Every segment undergoes independent pairing and lapping processing, ensuring smooth, jam-free telescoping under normal operating conditions.
Q: Can this product be used directly in open-air outdoor environments?
A: Equipped with standard embedded sealing protection structures, it can operate stably over long periods under regular outdoor temperature fluctuations and dusty conditions.
Q: Can Telescopic Linear Actuators connect to the control systems of my existing equipment?
A: It supports connection with most mainstream control signals; simple commissioning allows linkage integration with original systems.
Q: Are there strict restrictions on mounting orientations?
A: It supports vertical, horizontal, inclined and various other mounting orientations to satisfy layout demands of diverse equipment.
Operating Instructions
Pre-Installation Inspection
Examine the complete unit for impact damage before installation, and verify smooth manual sliding of all telescopic segments before securing the actuator in position.
No-Load Trial Run
Conduct full-stroke no-load testing before full loaded operation to confirm jam-free telescoping across the entire travel range before applying loads.
Stroke Limit Adjustment
Calibrate stroke limit stop points according to actual usage requirements to avoid overtravel operation that damages end components.
Wiring Verification
Double-check circuit connections when interfacing with control systems; confirm correct positive/negative polarity and signal wiring before power-on testing.
