Operating Specifications
Before first use, a no-load test run of 3-5 strokes is required. Observe that the motor temperature rise does not exceed 65℃, and the limit switch is sensitive and effective before conducting load operation.
During operation, the actual load shall not exceed 80% of the rated value, and the impact load shall be controlled within 1.2 times of the dynamic load.
Operation shall be performed in accordance with the control manual to avoid frequent starting and stopping, which may cause motor overheating.
If abnormal noise, jamming, excessive temperature rise, excessive positioning deviation, or other abnormalities are found during operation, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
